Quigley Cycles

The idea for Quigley came to fruition from being in an engineering office while dreaming about being outside in the sunshine on my bicycle.

I’ve spent 10 years in the drawing office learning how to use 3D design software. On my first day (as a data entry clerk), I saw all the engineers manipulating CAD models and decided that’s what I wanted to do... Little did they know it was to design bike parts. I kept my head down for 10 years proving my salt.

I got sent to college where I first got to use a lathe and milling machine (it’s also in these lessons where I made my first pair of bar ends under my tutor’s nose). I wanted to make more but never had the facility to be able to make any until I invested in a lathe.

That’s where the Quigley Cycles project starts…

Let’s make some cool stuff.
